About us
A small firm, on purpose.
Four loan officers, one room on E Insight Wy #150, and a rule that whoever answers the phone keeps your file to the end.

We started because the two people who founded it had both spent years inside larger lenders watching first-time buyers get handed from desk to desk.
The mortgage itself is a commodity. The programs are set by agencies and investors, the rates come from the same market everyone else buys in, and the underwriting rules are published. What is not a commodity is whether anyone explains it to you, whether the number you were told in week one survives to closing, and whether somebody picks up when you ring at four in the afternoon with a question you are slightly embarrassed to ask.
So that is what we compete on. We stayed small deliberately. Four loan officers is enough to cover ten states and few enough that everybody knows the state of everybody else's files. When your officer is on holiday, the person covering has actually read your file.
We are an Equal Housing Lender, we are licensed in 1 states, and our company NMLS number is available on request. All of that is checkable, and we would rather you checked.
Four rules we do not bend.
Explain first, quote second
Nobody signs a thirty year commitment they do not understand. We will keep going over the part that is not landing until it lands, and we would rather lose the file than have you sign confused.
Everything in writing
A number said out loud on a phone call is not a quote. If we tell you a rate, a fee or a payment, you get it on paper the same day with the assumptions printed next to it.
One person, all the way
Whoever takes your first call keeps your file to closing. No handoffs to a processing pool, no "your file has moved to another department".
Say when it is a bad idea
Sometimes the answer is wait six months, or fix the credit card first, or keep renting. We say so. It costs us the file and it is still the right answer.
Come and see whether you like us.
A first call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Most of them end with a plan rather than an application.
Or call(480) 677-0644and ask for whoever is free.
